The Recovery Assistant Module is a free, hands-on training and awareness programme offered to family, friends, or informal carers supporting someone receiving a CRS package. It’s designed to empower loved ones with the skills, confidence and knowledge to safely assist in recovery from hospital to home.
Returning home after a hospital stay can be overwhelming. Recovery Assistants provide essential support that enhances confidence, reduces hospital readmission risk, and promotes independence.
